Getting Involved in Our Group

The Taunton Model Railway Group is made up of a team of skilled railway modellers with interests in all scales and gauges. 

We currently have our award-winning Bath Green Park layout, along with a model of Bishops Lydeard station and environs in its current, modern day preserved setting.

We are well on the way with construction of our new large layout, 'Tamerig New', which is intended for use on the exhibition circuit. Additionally, work has already commenced on our newest layout, 'Marshfield' - a steam shed based setting and our first foray into the world of DCC operation.
