Taunton Model Railway Group: A Brief Synopsis
The Taunton Model Railway Group is made up of a team of railway modelers with interests in all scales and gauges and a variety of eras. We also vary in being DC and/or DCC users.
We currently have our award-winning Bath Green Park 'OO' scale layout, along with a model of Bishops Lydeard, also in 'OO' gauge.
Currently work is progressing towards the build and completion of our current large layout, 'Tamerig New' as well as a new locomotive shed layout, 'Marshfield', both of which are in 'OO' gauge.

Open Days
Throughout the year we open our doors to the public.
Why not come in and see who we are, view our completed layouts and layouts in progress, have a chat with one of our friendly members and enjoy some light refreshments.

A small entrance charge applies during our public open days:
Adults - £1.50
Children - 50p

We can accept both card and cash payments at the entrance door.
​
Your entrance ticket can be used to come back in again and again throughout the whole day.
